A Year to Remember: Highlights from Our First Year in Montague
December 17 2024,
As we reflect on this past year, it’s clear that our first year in Montague has been nothing short of amazing. From exciting events to meaningful community connections, here are some of our favorite moments:
Centennial Motor Show
Our dream of hosting the Centennial Motor Show finally came true! Seeing the community come together for our own car show was incredible. Thanks to your support, we were able to donate to the Montague Lions Club and the local food bank, directly helping our neighbors in need. And of course, we got to admire some seriously cool cars.
Lawn Tractor Racing
If you’ve never been to a lawn tractor race, you’re missing out! This year, we had the chance to sponsor one and join in the fun. With dirt flying, freezies freezing, and the sun shining, it was an unforgettable day filled with laughter and swag giveaways.
Montague Arts & Culture Festival
As new members of the Montague community, we wanted to connect in a meaningful way—and the Arts & Culture Festival was the perfect opportunity. We loved meeting so many of you, sharing swag, and learning more about the amazing businesses and people that make Montague special. What a fantastic way to kick off our first summer here!
Venture Stables
Race day at Venture Stables was an absolute blast! Our Marketing and Events Manager, Kelly Dowling, got to experience the action firsthand and couldn’t stop talking about the excitement. We also had a great time collaborating with the Venture Stables team on content.
Oyster Bed Sponsorship
We were proud to sponsor Landon and Regan MacBeth—aka Reggie and Lando—during their first racing season at Oyster Bed Speedway. These talented young drivers showed us that sibling rivalry can be both fun and fierce as they mastered their Bandolero cars. We even got to cheer them on at one of their races, and they brought their Bandolero cars to our Motor Show!
Christmas Giving Campaign
We wrapped up the year with our Christmas Giving Campaign, partnering with the Montague Food Bank to make the holidays brighter for local families. It was a meaningful way to end an incredible year.
This year was filled with community spirit, unforgettable memories, and so much fun. We can’t wait to see what next year brings as we continue to grow and connect with the wonderful people of Kings County. Thank you for making our first year so special!
